Highly Capable Program Referral Form

Below you will find the 2024-2025 Highly Capable Program Referral form. An assessment may be required for your child. Parent permission is needed for this step. Please fill out the Program Referral Form below. The send it by mail to Soap Lake School District, PO Box 1389, Soap Lake, Wa. 98851, or email it to Christopher Browning at cbrowning@slschools.org, or send it to school with your child.

The identification process will occur through June 2025. A multi-disciplinary team will meet to review the students' information and determine student eligibility. Students do not have to apply every year and the district will supply services through grade 12. You will be contacted with the eligibility results.
