Please use this form to request the use of the gym, weight room, cafeteria, library, classroom, field, or other area outside of the scheduled school day.

Please check the facility use calendar to ensure availability before submitting a request. Requests for the current week must be submitted before noon on Monday. You will receive an email when your request has been approved and added to the calendar.
