Empowering Learning: A Vision for Growth and Achievement
We are excited to share our district’s 2025-2026 Growth and Achievement Plan, which will guide our immediate efforts while we develop a longer-term strategic plan with input from all stakeholders over the next year. This plan is designed to strengthen student achievement, enhance social-emotional learning, and increase engagement between students, families, and the school. Our plan is built on the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), which provides targeted interventions in reading, math, and behavior based on student needs.

Dear Families and Community Members,
As we move forward this school year, I want to share the key priorities for our district and how we plan to work together to provide the best possible environment for our students. We deeply value your partnership and support as we focus on the areas most important to student success and well-being.
Financial Management
We are committed to managing our resources wisely, while continuously seeking new opportunities to expand them through grants, resource conservation, and partnerships.
Safety and Security
The safety of our students and staff is a top priority. This includes meeting safety needs in our schools and addressing the modernization and repair of our buildings, transportation, and property.
Academic Excellence
We remain focused on providing excellent core instruction while addressing the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of all students. Our Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework will guide us in ensuring students receive the support they need at every level. To achieve this, we will focus on:
Our goal is to ensure that every student is set up for success.
Opportunities for Students
We are always looking for ways to improve and expand the opportunities available to students. This includes broadening academic programs, offering flexibility in how students learn, providing a wide variety of extracurricular activities, and strengthening community involvement in our schools. Your involvement and feedback are key to making sure we continue to offer diverse and enriching experiences for all our students.
We greatly appreciate your ongoing support and partnership as we work to meet these priorities and create a bright future for our students. If you have any questions or would like to get more involved, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for being a vital part of our community and for your commitment to our schools and students.
Sincerely,
Angela Rolfe
Superintendent
