We’re excited to welcome new students and families to Soap Lake Schools! Whether you're looking for in-person classes, online learning, parent-directed learning support, or an alternative path to graduation, we offer a range of flexible options to meet your needs.

Enrollment Options

  • Students attend school full-time in a structured, supportive learning environment. We offer:

    • Rigorous academics aligned to state standards

    • Social-emotional learning

    • Opportunities for music, PE, and enrichment

    • Free breakfast and lunch available

    • Transportation provided

  • Our preschool program provides a safe and nurturing space for early learning through play, exploration, and developmentally appropriate instruction.

    • Open to children who turn 3 by August 31
    • Trained and experienced early learning staff
    • Focus on school readiness and social development
  •  

    This full-day, pre-kindergarten program supports students who need an extra year of preparation before kindergarten.

    • For children who turn 4 by August 31
    • Emphasis on early literacy, math, and social-emotional skills
    • Preparation for full kindergarten experience

     

  • A flexible, family-centered learning model designed for students receiving instruction primarily at home under parent direction.

    • Includes optional on-site enrichment classes
    • Families receive support from certified teachers and access to curriculum resources
    • Flexible scheduling with progress monitoring and academic guidance
    • Designed to complement at-home instruction while meeting state Alternative Learning Experience (ALE) requirements
  • Students can complete their courses from home with full support from certified Soap Lake staff.

    • Offers full- or part-time enrollment
    • Flexible pacing with structured teacher support
    • Students remain connected to our school community and are eligible for activities and athletics
  • An alternative graduation pathway for students who have disengaged from traditional school or are behind in credits.

    • Individualized learning plans
    • Support from mentors and case managers
    • Flexible scheduling to meet work and life commitments
    • Pathways to a high school diploma or GED
  • Students can enroll in specific courses, programs, or activities while continuing their primary instruction in another setting.

    • Options include core subjects, electives, enrichment, or athletics
    • Open to students receiving instruction at home, private school, or other learning environments
  • We proudly offer opportunities for students to participate in:

    • WIAA athletic teams
    • Clubs, student leadership, and enrichment events
    • Available to full- and eligible part-time students
